8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery under our standard policy.

    • Paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and may take up to 10 additional business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
