How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and sometimes the same day. On rare occasions, shipments may take longer due to unforeseen delays. On average, your order should arrive within 4–7 business days. If a longer time frame applies, it will be noted on the product page. We aim to provide some of the fastest processing and shipping times in the industry, along with highly responsive customer service.

Which payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order for a 100% refund before it ships. Please contact us immediately at support@goadventureoutfitters.com if you need to cancel. Once your order has shipped, it will be covered under our 30-Day Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?
Inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you see any damage—including to the box—note it when signing for delivery. If you cannot inspect the item right away but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@goadventureoutfitters.com and we will arrange a replacement or compensation.

How do I place an order?
To order online, click “Add To Cart” on the product you want and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details, then complete your order. To order by phone, call us at 1 888-489-5722. You will receive an immediate order confirmation, and we will begin processing your order right away.

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your payment and shipping details. We will process your order immediately and send a follow-up email with tracking information once it ships. If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day.

Will you send an order confirmation via email?
Yes. An order confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide for each order placed. We recommend printing or saving this email for your records. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly to ensure delivery.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Illinois and only charge sales tax on orders shipped within Illinois.

Can I change my order?
