What if my product is damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage—including damage to the box—make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you can’t inspect the contents immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, email photos to support@goadventureoutfitters.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
