We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so contacting us promptly gives us the best chance of stopping shipment in time.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of return approval.
