You can typically expect your items to arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

At Go Adventure Outfitters, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: 14 days from delivery

Eligibility: Item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:

• Free if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  
• Customer pays for change-of-mind returns.
  

Refunds:

Processed within 5 business days after inspection and approval. Please allow up to 10 additional days for funds to appear depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, opened intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, and digital downloads.

Exchanges:

• Free for defective or incorrect items.
  
• Customer pays shipping for change-of-mind exchanges.
  

To Start a Return:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, ship the item within 7 days of RMA issuance. Items sent back without authorization may not be eligible for refund.
