At Go Adventure Outfitters, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.
If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@goadventureoutfitters.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.
The Kolibri 9'10" Inflatable Catamaran is crafted from high-density PVC fabric and reinforced thermal welded seams. Backed with a 5 year warranty, this boat can withstand years of excitement. Its rot-proof transom and four separate air chambers give you peace of mind while bouncing over waves. Movable seats and sturdy grab handles keep you and your crew comfortably secure.

Features:
Manufactured from top quality five-layer PVC (five-year warranty), with a density of 1100 g/m2 and 0.9 mm thick. All the seams are heat welded and are guaranteed for five years. The high-pressure inflatable floor is made from heavy-duty PVC which makes the boat light and easy to assemble. Its unique design combined with its light weight allows it to smoothly plan on the water with exceptional stability and great fuel economy.
The transom is made of special marine-grade plywood. Kolibri transoms are not only 100% water-resistant, but they are also rot-proof and lighter than aluminum transoms. The transom is mounted using extremely durable, molded transom holders. This type of transom mounting is the longest-lasting and won't fail over time.
This boat has two overpressure valves to prevent damage from excessive pressure caused by external temperature changes. The seats are movable and allow you to have the most comfortable sitting position. Four separate chambers ensure the boat remains on float even after one chamber has been damaged.
Transport handles located on the front and the back of the boat allows easy moving of the boat. A strong and secure lifeline, as well as many handles, located on both sides of the boat, allows passengers to hold on safely.
Durable D-rings are located under the boat and let you attach it to a trailer, and safely transport it to the desired location. The transom has a drain valve, to remove the excess water inside the boat.
