At Go Adventure Outfitters, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
Return & Refund Policy
Return Window: 14 days from delivery
Eligibility: Item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Return Shipping:
- Free if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Customer pays for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds:
Processed within 5 business days after inspection and approval. Please allow up to 10 additional days for funds to appear depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, opened intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, and digital downloads.
Exchanges:
- Free for defective or incorrect items.
- Customer pays shipping for change-of-mind exchanges.
To Start a Return:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, ship the item within 7 days of RMA issuance. Items sent back without authorization may not be eligible for refund.
